Terms

Last updated 8 October 2026

These terms cover your use of mvdigital.tools, the website of MV Digital Tools ("we", "us"), a company based in the Maldives. By using the site, you agree to them.

Information on this site

We describe our services here in general terms. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Prices, availability and delivery are confirmed with you in writing before any work or order goes ahead.

Software projects

Each software project is agreed separately. Before work starts, we confirm the scope, price, timeline and what you receive in a written quote or agreement. That document takes priority over this page.

Licences and subscriptions

  • The licences and subscriptions we resell are products of their makers and are covered by the makers' own terms of use, which you accept when you activate them.
  • We confirm the product, plan, term and price in MVR with you before you pay.
  • Payment is by bank transfer in rufiyaa. We activate the product once your payment is confirmed.
  • Cancellations, refunds and renewals follow the terms we confirm with your order and the maker's rules for that product.

Using this site

Please do not misuse the site, for example by trying to break its security, sending spam through the enquiry form, or copying its content to pass it off as your own.

Our content

The MV Digital Tools name and logo and the text on this site belong to MV Digital Tools. The screenshots and trailer footage come from Mas Dhoani, our own game; some of the game's art and sound is used under its creators' licences. You may share links to the site freely.

Other sites

Links to other websites and apps are there for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or how they work.

Liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Maldivian law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Maldives.
